Parc Bryn Bach and the Welsh weather did not disappoint as, yet again, the weather was awful! It rained constantly - however this did not deter the hardy (or is that foolhardy?) and we had 14 entries during the day.
Well done to those who passed their test in very difficult conditions.
My sincere thanks to the judges who turned out to support this event.
Thanks also to the Park for their hospitality and to members of WNAG who helped make the event a success. I look forward to managing other events during the coming year.

Five entered at this level, one sadly had to withdraw as he was lame. The four who passed worked well in not very nice conditions. It was very mucky underfoot and cold. Well done everyone!
There was some attentive work and some erratic stuff, all the pulls were excellent.
Thanks for the invite to wet Wales! Seriously, always a pleasure to be at this lovely venue with such a jolly crowd.
I would like to thank the SNC for my first judging appointment, my co-judge Ronnie and all the entrants, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Spring Test in Bryn Bach started wet, as was expected, but soon cleared up to be a pleasant day.
We had six entries, all passed the control with points to spare, one dog unfortunately failed the down stay. All remaining dogs went on to pass the haul which in the mud was quite an accomplishment.

It was a very wet day with underfoot conditions very difficult. We had three entries. Three very good control sections, all dogs passing this element with ease; one dog failed the down stay.
Two teams set out on the haul, after a short distance, one team withdrew – the dog did not seem to like the conditions. The third team did an excellent haul and earned a very well deserved pass.
